One question we get asked every week is: “Do I have to keep going to the chiropractor forever?”  The truth is, you don’t have to keep doing anything forever.  You don’t have to keep going to the dentist forever, keep exercising forever, eat healthy forever, getting haircuts forever, or anything else forever.

But if something is truly healthy and good for you, why wouldn’t you want to keep doing it forever!? This truth definitely applies to chiropractic!

This is why most of our patients are lifetime wellness patients.  They come in to get adjusted every week or every couple weeks not because they are in pain, but because they know it is going to keep their body healthy.

In addition to keeping your body healthy due to a higher functioning nerve system, it will also prevent spine degeneration from forming.  A subluxated spine that is not getting adjusted will begin to rot and decay, similar to a tooth that doesn’t get brushed.  If you wait until pain and symptoms show up, you’ll have waited too long – at that point the damage has already been done.

Imagine how many people out there who are in poor health, considering surgeries, and taking several medications that could benefit form regular chiropractic adjustments.
